The alloy can also be used for lost-wax casting in closed systems.<br \/>\nDifferently from standard palladium-based formulations, NF512 allows complex processing such as continuous casting and mechanical working, thanks to its relatively low casting temperature and its very high mechanical resistance.<br \/>\nThe color of 750\u2030 gold made using NF512 shows a premium white color grade (Yellow index: 15.9).
